EdInk is written by Linda Lee Baird, an award-winning writer, educator, and editor. Linda founded EdInk in 2023 because—as a Columbus City Schools parent—she saw a need for clearer information about local education issues. She has worked for education-focused nonprofit organizations in Columbus, Boston, and New York City; and her writing has appeared in publications including U.S. News and World Report, Vital City, Columbus Monthly, Matter News, MUTHA, Edible Columbus, and (614) Magazine. Linda has a M.Ed from Lesley University, and was a member the Google News Initiative’s 2023 Pre-Launch Lab.
